With a background in radio and math, Daniel now runs O’Reilly Podcasts, a fantastic collection of shows that I highly recommend. I asked if Daniel would come on the show to chat about his background, range of books, gadgets, podcasting, and technology in general.
It was a fun informal chat that gives you a little insight into the workings of a podcaster.

Just a little bit of feedback. I like your terse format better than before. When you conclude your interviews, e.g., with Daniel Steinberg, perhaps you could, after your interviewee has left the line, give a closing comment (as is done in radio) to bring a bit of closure to the podcast rather than ending abruptly. Say something like “That was Daniel Steinberg of O’Reillynet.com and you can find links on our shownotes at gadget.thepodcastnetwork.com. Thank you for subscribing!”
