The Gadget Show #29
The Gadget Show #029 (MP3 – 17.6MB – 51min 14sec)
Todays interview is the promised discussion with Ignacio Germade, the head of Motorola’s UK and Singapore Design Centers. He and his team are responsible for the RAZR and the PEBL, so he’s already had a massive impact on design philosophy in the gadget industry.
It was a treat speaking with Ignacio, not only because of what he’s designed, but also because he’s not a techo. It was a breath of fresh air chatting with someone who approaches a product, not from a feature perspective, but with usability and design in mind.
Sorry if I didn’t get a chance to ask a question if you submitted it. With a limited time I could only ask a select few, and still ended up with a long podcast :).
