Richard, any pointers on where to get Make in Australia? I really want to build a robot mouse :-)

  2. Richard Giles Says:

How about Amazon? Tis a bit pricey to get it shipped to Oz. The alternative is to subscribe via the Make website. Other than that, Melbourne’s a better chance at having a news agency with a copy than Perth :).

  3. Michael Specht Says:

Tried Amazon, it won’t allow it to be shipped to Oz :-(, I’m off the search the news agents in Melbourne (tried Adelaide this week with no luck either), if no luck then I will have to subscribe sight unseen.

I am really impressed with the quality & content of the podcasts here. But a small request if you can make the mp3 downloads of lesser size (lesser bitrates).

    Thanks anyway!

  5. Richard Giles Says:

    Hi Raj

At TPN we have guidelines to ensure the quality of show. One of those is the bitrate. This is to ensure that all listeners, across all the shows know the quality they can expect. So unfortunately I can’t downgrade the bitrate.

As a way of trying to help though, is it because you use dialup and want a quicker download, or is it because you download quantity is limited by your ISP?
