The other day EA Sports posted a few images from their Madden Next Gen game, the version that will be released on the Xbox 360. This was a teaser, one image being released each day leading up to the commercial they planned to show in the NFL Draft last night. I’m guessing a bunch of sports fans and Xbox fans in the U.S. have watched, taped it, and replayed in slow mo. For those outside of the U.S., you can now do the same at EA Sports web site, where they’ve kindly placed a Quicktime of the advert.

As expected the clip is very photo realistic. What’s to be confirmed is if this is in-game action, or simply movies played in-between the player views. We’ll assume it’s the former, just to increase the hype.

At the same time, Om Malik points to the new commercial for the MTV preview that’s due on May 12. No where near as exciting, but gives you a glimpse of the theme that’ll accompany the new console.
